Crystallex Engages Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. as Las Cristainas Project Finance Advisor

TORONTO, ONTARIO - Crystallex International Corporation (TSX, AMEX: KRY) announced today that it has retained Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. to provide advisory services in connection with the arrangement of debt financing for the development of Crystallex's Las Cristinas Project.

Commenting on the appointment Marc J. Oppenheimer, President and CEO of Crystallex said, "Deutsche Bank has extensive experience and an established track record in advising on and assisting in mine financings. As a result of its experience, Deutsche Bank has an intimate understanding of the issues affecting the financing and development of new mining ventures, particularly in the gold sector."
