TORONTO, ONTARIO - Crystallex International Corporation (TSX, AMEX: KRY) confirmed today that as part of a review by the Toronto Stock Exchange of the Company's eligibility for continued listing on the TSX, the Company will be meeting with the TSX Advisory Affairs Committee on June 24, 2003 to discuss the TSX's comments on material recently submitted to it by the Company. The TSX has extended its review until July 2, 2003 to accommodate this meeting.
